High-quality Offset Book Printing Services
Offset book printing (also called offset lithography) is one of the most reliable methods for printing books, magazines, catalogues, and more in large volumes. It delivers sharp, consistent results and is perfect for projects that need accurate colours and fine details.
At Ink Asia, we help publishers, authors, and businesses bring their printed projects to life with expert precision and care.
HOW OFFSET PRINTING WORKS
Offset printing may sound complex, but it follows a clear step-by-step process:
Plate Creation
We begin by transferring your artwork and text onto metal plates. These plates are designed so ink sticks only to the image areas.
Ink Application
Next, we apply ink to the plates. The ink bonds to the image parts while water repels it from the
non-image areas.
Transfer to Blanket
The image is then transferred from the plate to a rubber blanket. This flexible surface helps create smooth and even prints.
Printing on Paper
Finally, the rubber blanket rolls the image onto the paper. This indirect process, called “offset”, ensures better image quality and less wear on the plates.
Why Choose Offset Book Printing
High Image Quality
Offset printing creates crisp images and clean text. It’s ideal for books with photos, detailed graphics, or fine fonts.
Lower Cost For Large Orders
The more you print, the less you pay per unit. Offset printing becomes more cost-effective with higher quantities.
Flexible Format Options
You can choose from a wide range of paper types, sizes, and finishes. Offset printing adapts to your vision.
Accurate Colour Matching
Using Pantone and spot colours, we match your exact brand or design specifications every time.
